What is Canditto?
The Canditto Kiosk is a special device that makes copies of the digital pictures taken at events for the past few hours. This way it avoids any private pictures on your guests camera’s.

Will Canditto invade my guests’ privacy?
No. Canditto is programmed to copy photos taken in the last 8 hours only. Existing, old photos on the card will not be copied or viewed. This way there won’t be any private photos taken from your guests cameras.

Is Canditto for weddings only or can you use it for other events?
Absolutley not! Canditto is suitable any event with a handful of cameras. The kiosk has been rented to bar and bat mitzvahs, company events, private parties, school reunions, summer camps and out door charity events.

What happens to the pictures on my guests’ memory card?
They remain on the memory card. The Canditto Kiosk does not change the pictures on guests’ memory cards and so far has not damaged any memory cards to this date. Canditto has mechanisms to protect any memory cards from getting damaged.

How does the Canditto get to my event?
These are sent to your event or your door. They are easy to use as a hair dryer, just plug it into the wall and you are ready to go.

When are the photos delivered?
Canditto’s keepsake thumbdrives are available immediately after the reception. Just take the thumb drives from the device and plug them into your computer.

Can I buy a Canditto Kiosk?
No, Canditto Kiosks are available for rental only. You can only rent them for a week duration.

How is Canditto better than disposable cameras or online photo albums?
Canditto allows the guests to put their pictures on online photo albums so it works with those well. As for disposable cameras, you have to wait to get your pictures, enough said!

How do I make the most of my Canditto Kiosk rental?
Invite your guests to bring their digital cameras (most do anyway), and remind them to use the Canditto Kiosk before they leave. At your request, your Canditto Representative will give the DJ a reminder card or just ask the DJ yourself to announce that. Ask your Canditto Representative for a large sign that tells people to stop here before you leave by the door.

Does Canditto replace professional photographers?
That is your choice! If your guests are experienced photographers and take quality photographs, Canditto might be all you need. The photos Canditto collects are excellent complements to those taken by a paid photographer.

Canditto seems expensive. How do I know I’m getting good value?
1. A Canditto rental spans one week, so you’ll be able to use it for the event preparations, your rehearsal dinner, wedding reception and even your Sunday brunch, if you have one — all for the same cost. The entire week there are many Canditto moments so bring it along with you.

2. Though it may be a little more expensive that buying disposable cameras and getting the photos processed, when you consider that Candittos typically gather more than 500 photos, the cost per photo is often 70% cheaper with Canditto than with disposable cameras. They are also instantly there for you to post on online photo albums for your guests to see or for you to edit and delete questionable pictures.
